For Tennis Tai Chi,
contact me to discuss how I can teach you and your friends, your fellow club members, your tennis team or your school team how to build age old Tai Chi principles into your daily routine or practice sessions.
All it takes is five or ten minutes a day. With practice, you may notice an improvement in balance, flexibility, fluidity on court and your ability to stay centered and focused.
I have found that the best way to reach the most people is through
workshops and classes, however private instruction for individuals or small groups is also available (see Location). I am happy to work within your schedule to provide a
tailored workshop or instruction to fit the needs of you or your audience.
Please note that I prefer not to post fees as I
would rather discuss that on an individual basis and through personal contact. Thanks for your understanding.
